In exchange for our service, a minority shareholding in the startup’s capital is an option, alongside licensing of the technology, and in agreement with the creators.
Our position on the board is that of an engaged and benevolent shareholder. We pay attention to the smooth running of operations, without being bound by a specific profitability obligation. We oversee the long-term success of the business, alongside the founders.
