BPI France

BPI France funds and supports businesses – at every stage of their development – by providing credit, security, innovation support and capital. In doing so, BPI France supports the public policies led by the French government and regional authorities.
BPI France leads the DeepTech plan aimed at reaching a target of 500 Deep Tech startups created from public research each year.

The French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS)

CNRS is one of the best-known and highly regarded public research organisations in the world. For over 80 years, CNRS has sought to meet the demands of excellence in terms of its recruitment, developing multi- and interdisciplinary research throughout France, Europe, and internationally. 
CNRS encompasses 33,000 people and 200 specialities. Its 1,100 laboratories, shared for the most part with universities, colleges and other research organisations, represent over 120,000 people. 
Because of the close ties that it has developed between its research work and the transfer of this research to society, CNRS is now a key player in innovation.

Occitania Region

The Occitania regional authority is committed to working with us to support our work not only on initiatives to support value creation, but also in co-funding maturation programmes. More broadly, the Occitania regional authority has implemented a Regional Higher Education, Research and Innovation Plan (SRESRI) for the 2022-2028 period, which is aimed at developing a flexible collaborative approach, promoting the emergence of fully shared projects in the fields of higher education and research and the development of innovation.

AD’OCC 

Ad'occ is the Occitania regional authority’s economic development agency. It works closely with the regional economic development ecosystem: consular networks, competitiveness clusters, business networks, engineering colleges and universities, research organisations, technical centres, national agencies, banks, fund managers, etc., to provide solutions tailored to the needs of regional businesses.

The French National Research Agency (ANR) 

The ANR is an administrative public body, reporting to the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The ANR sets up research funding for projects, in cooperation with public operators, or with businesses.

ANITI (Artificial and Natural Intelligence Toulouse Institute)

ANITI is Toulouse’s interdisciplinary artificial intelligence institute. The work of ANITIis based on three major pillars: scientific research, training and contribution to economic development.
With some 200 researchers based in universities, engineering colleges and scientific and technological research organisations in Toulouse and its region, and around fifty partners, its specific purpose is to develop a new so-called hybrid generation of artificial intelligence.

France 2030

The French Prime Minister has tasked the General Secretariat for Investment (SGPI) with ensuring the cohesion and follow-up of the French state's investment policy through the rollout of the France 2030 plan. Announced by the French President on 12 October 2021, this unprecedented plan is building on previous Investments for the Future Programmes (PIA). France 2030 has been allocated a total of €54 billion to make lasting transformations in key sectors of the French economy (health, energy, hydrogen, automobile, aeronautics or space) through technological innovation and industrialisation, and position France not merely as a player, but as a leader in the world of the future.

NUBBO 

The aim of Nubbo is to help create innovative businesses in the Occitanie region. The incubator/accelerator offers an environment designed to make creators' work easier and accelerate the introduction of their innovations onto the market through personalised coaching, targeted workshops, funding of external services, and connections with the regional ecosystem. TTT and Nubbo work in perfect coordination to support the pre-incubation phases of Deep Tech startup projects.

SATT Network

This network brings together 13 Technology Transfer Acceleration Companies (SATTs) in France. Committed to economic entrepreneurship through scientific innovations stemming from public research, SATTs provide businesses with derisked, high-potential technological solutions, to increase their competitiveness.

Club Galaxie

Founded in 2001, Club Galaxie works  to develop and promote the space industry. 
It includes around one hundred business leaders, ranging from major groups and startups in the space industry to various associated services, and represents over 35,000 jobs.

The CURIE Network 

For the last 30 years, this network has brought together professionals from the public research value creation sector. 
Its 180 members are those producing public research and who have a mission to create value: research organisations, universities, teaching hospitals, top higher education colleges. 
The members also include value creation subsidiaries administered by such bodies: subsidiaries of organisations, colleges, SATTs, etc. 
Players in innovation: CPIs, public bodies, enterprises, etc. have also joined the association. 

The CURIE Network is at the heart of a public-private ecosystem promoting economic performance and social and societal progress.

Digital 113

The result of a merger between the FrenchSouth.digital and DigitalPlace regional clusters, Digital 113 brings together, facilitates and supports players in the digital technology sector in the Occitania Pyrenees – Mediterranean region. 
Located at the heart of the digital technology ecosystem, Digital 113 promotes collaborations and develops cooperation between businesses.

French Tech Toulouse

The French Tech Mission is a public mission tasked with supporting the structuration and growth of the French startup ecosystem, in France and internationally. 
Affiliated with the French Directorate General for Enterprise, within the Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, it brings together and facilitates the French Tech ecosystem with a designated network of 16 Capitals and 99 Communities, in France and internationally.

GIPI

GIPI was founded on 15 April 1979 by business leaders, researchers and economic development facilitators, all committed to ensuring successful industrial, technological, economic and social transformations, based on the influence of Toulouse’s academic sector.

MEDEF 

As a national representative association belonging to the MEDEF network, the organisation is authorised to negotiate with social partners on behalf of all businesses. 
MEDEF conducts interprofessional negotiations on unemployment insurance, pensions, diversity, the employment of older workers, workers with disabilities, occupational injuries and illness.

The Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation competitiveness cluster brings together over 420 private and public organisations working in the agriculture, agri-food and agri-resource sectors.

DERBI cluster

The mission of the DERBI competitiveness cluster is to develop, on a regional, national and international level, innovation, research, training, technology transfer, business development and creation in the sector of renewable energies applied to construction and industry.

Eurobiomed

Eurobiomed is the competitiveness cluster in the south of France dedicated to health tech.
Founded in 2009 by all the health sector players in the South Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur and Occitania regions, Eurobiomed brings together an ecosystem of over 400 industrial players, major groups, SMEs and startups, research laboratories and universities, all working together to develop and market innovative products and services to generate growth and employment in expanding markets.
