Adveez

Fall detection
Adveez has been transferred automatic fall detection technology for dependent people.
Transfer project
LAAS has developed an algorithm that uses a wristband worn by a dependent person to detect whether they have fallen.
The maturation project involved patenting the invention, consolidating the technology and carrying out tests in nursing homes in association with the start-up.
It should be noted that the maturation engineer was hired by Adveez following the technology transfer.
The company
Adveez provides telematics, connected object and artificial intelligence solutions to facilitate the management of goods and people in complex environments.
The fall detection solution, initially designed to be integrated into a wristband, has evolved into connected glasses, co-developed by Adveez and Atol.
Development
The invention was developed at the Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes (LAAS) in Toulouse.
