DEEPER PULSE is developing physical simulation software to generate innovative motor topologies tailored to new electrical requirements.

Transfer project 

The disruptive topological optimisation software was initially developed to provide an optimised design for the magnetic circuits of the NewSpace Hall-effect thrusters. TTT’s support enabled the upscaling of the software, the filing and maintenance of intellectual property (patent and expertise), and assistance with setting up the start-up. 
Today, the software is no longer limited to the space sector, but is also geared towards the creation of innovative engines

Development

The software was the result of the research work carried out in the LAPLACE laboratory over more than ten years by the team led by Frédéric Messine and Youness Rtimi.

The company

DEEPER PULSE is underpinned by a software platform that makes it possible to design a structure by looking for the optimum layout of the material in a given design space, enabling innovative optimal designs to be proposed. DEEPER PULSE targets the automotive, aerospace, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), and consumer electronics sectors, designing low-cost, highly innovative electric motors.
