Transfer project
TTT’s support enabled the upscaling of the airdrop system, the filing and maintenance of intellectual property (patent and expertise), and assistance with commercial negotiations. Aircraft manufacturers, aware of the technical limitations of their current airdrop systems, are considering integrating KIOS to increase their profitability.
Development
After several years of research led by Dominique Legendre of IMFT Kepplair Evolution and IMFT have filed a “KIOS” patent on an innovative airdrop system.
The company
KEPPLAIR EVOLUTION is proposing a new airdrop system for fire-fighting based on a semi-pressurised tank with a constant flow rate.
Represented by its chairman David Joubert, a pilot with AirFrance, KEPPLAIR EVOLUTION has the ambition to make available to governments a water bomber with a very high airdrop capacity and the speed to intervene throughout the European Union in the shortest possible time.
