As part of its support, Toulouse Tech Transfer mobilised all its business skills. Involved throughout the maturation chain, TTT identified and safeguarded the invention, with the help of its intellectual property department, in particular through patents.

Swan-H aims to provide safe, clean and modular solutions for producing fertilisers and storing renewable energy.
The key to ammonia synthesis is nitrogen activation. Nature achieves this through a slow cascade of reaction stages.
Most factories use the classic Haber-Bosch, applying pure force at high temperatures and pressures.
What SWAN-H does is radically different.

Toulouse-based start-up Swan-H has just completed a €1.5 million seed funding round with angel investors. It will enable the company to continue funding the R & D of its major discovery: a revolutionary way of producing green ammonia by drastically reducing the amount of energy required.
