Description 

  • Based on self-mixing interferometry, the laser acts as light source, micro-interferometer and detector, resulting in an integrated, low-cost solution.
  • Coupled with an accelerometer measuring the displacement of the sensor itself, the device is insensitive to parasitic oscillation
