Description
Use of the HlyF protein in gram-positive bacteria for the massive production/secretion of OMVs
Cloning of specific antigens for expression in OMVs. Proof of concept in animals: immunisation of a cohort of chickens against avian colibacillosis (no effect on animal growth, strong immunisation of animals against infection).

Technical specifications
- Possibility of combining several antigens in OMVs
- Possibility of expressing any type of antigen, antigen fragments
- Expression of antigens on the surface of OMVs or in the lumen of OMVs (response tailored to each pathogen)
